• An entry fee was incorrectly charged due to an error by WHAT IS WANT LTD.
• The competition is canceled by WHAT IS WANT LTD before a winner is announced.
• The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not provide a right to cancel and request a refund for competition entries, as they fall under “leisure activities with a specific date or period.”
• If a participant is mistakenly charged multiple times due to a technical issue, they may request a refund for the excess charges by contacting customer support within 14 days of the transaction.
3. Fair Play & Legal Compliance

• 80% of total profits are reinvested into The Project, which aims to establish self-sustaining, resource-efficient spaces in line with the company’s long-term vision.
2. Use of Funds for The Project
• The 80% reinvestment is used strictly for the purpose of acquiring and developing infrastructure to further the goals of The Project.
• WHAT IS WANT LTD reserves the right to determine how funds are allocated within The Project, including but not limited to property acquisition, construction, and operational expenses.
3. No Profit-Based Claims
• Participants acknowledge that competition entry fees do not constitute an investment and do not entitle them to any claim over profits or assets of WHAT IS WANT LTD or The Project.
• WHAT IS WANT LTD does not provide financial returns, dividends, or shares to participants.
4. Transparency & Reporting
• WHAT IS WANT LTD is committed to financial transparency and may provide periodic updates on The Project’s progress through official communication channels.
• Any material changes to the profit allocation structure will be publicly announced and reflected in these Terms & Conditions.
5. Governing Law
